    Accommodation and registration rate
    Accommodation for the Lustrum Feast is in Castle De Berckt - Baarlo, The Netherlands. Most rooms are for more persons. At extra charge a limited number of single rooms or double rooms are available. The sooner we will receive your application, the greater the chance we can provide a smaller room. The registration rates are:

    Accommodation in a single room (limited availability)

    Accommodation in a double room (limited availability)

    € 245

    Accommodation in a multi-person room

    € 225

    Accommodation in a tent / caravan etc. (bring your own!)

    € 205

    Participation without accommodation (choose a hotel elsewhere)

    Arrangements
    The weekend arrangement in a room or tent (etc.) includes:

  • two nights stay at Castle De Berckt (Friday 19 to Sunday 21 June);

  • all meals from dinner on Friday evening to lunch on Sunday afternoon;

  • a festive banquet on Saturday night;

  • snacks;

  • full programme and programme book.

    Payments from abroad should mention:

  • IBAN-code NL59 INGB 0003472722;

  • BIC-code INGBNL2A;

  • Within the EU cost instruction ‘Shared’;

  • Outside the EU cost instruction ‘Our’ (If it's not possible to use cost instruction ‘Our’ from outside the EU, please add € 5.50 for bank charges).

    • Your registration will be final after your payment has been received.

    If we have to assign you a room with other guests, we will refund the difference in costs.
