Stewards

Many volunteers are needed to help run the Lustrumfeest. Duties are not long or difficult, including shuttle service to the station, child care, bar tending, information desk, attendant at the exhibition et cetera.

Accommodation and registration rate

Accommodation for the Lustrumfeest is Kasteel de Berckt - Baarlo, Nederland. The registration rates are:

Full adult attending	€ 150.00
Child (5 to 12 years)	€ 50.00
Child under 5 years	Free of charge

This includes:

two nights stay in Kasteel de Berckt (Friday 20 to Sunday 22 May);
all meals from diner on Friday evening to lunch on Sunday afternoon.

Payment

Please send your payment in Euros, payable to: Tolkien Genootschap Unquendor in 's-Hertogenbosch, Bank account 3.472.722. Please mention Lustrumfeest 2011.
